You want answers? File some Freedom of Information Act requests with NRO (http://www.nro.gov/foia/RequestInput.aspx); that was the whole thing that got the declassification memo shook loose. While your detractors have valid points, they're wrong in many aspects - file the FOIAs and see what falls out. At worst you lose a couple minutes typing up the request.
